Step 0: Remove liner and laces from boot(optional:remove frame for better handling).

Step 1: Take a rotary tool and cut along the seam in the back of the boot cuff.

Step 2: Sand down the cut to make it smoother.

Step 3: Use a lighter flame, around the newly cut and sanded cuff, to get rid of any small imperfections.

Step 4: Repeat Steps 0-3 for the other boot. If both boots are done then move onto Step 5.

Step 5: Assemble boot liners(and frames)
